The American group OCEANS OF SLUMBER is the new name confirmed for Rockstadt Extreme Fest - INDOOR EDITION, festival that takes place between 21 and 22 October in Brasov.
So far confirmed: ENSLAVED - 25 years Anniversary Show, NE OBLIVISCARIS and OCEANS OF SLUMBER.
Such as the festival held in August, Rockstadt Extreme Fest - Indoor Edition - aims to bring to the public, bands that are in premiere in Romania and concept, exclusive shows covering a wide musical range.
Combining progressive sounds with influences of doom or hard rock, OCEANS OF SLUMBER quickly gained notoriety after their formation in 2011, praised for the diversity of musical interpretation and vocal soloist, Cammie Gilbert. From covers after Emperor, Candlemass, King Crimson and Moody Blues until the release of album 'Winter', Oceans Of Slumber is one of the most acclaimed bands of the new wave of American music.
"She was the missing link in this band.” says drummer Dobber Beverly. “from day one I wanted the dynamics, delicacy and fury of a female voice, and Cammie is the perfect voice for the musical vision of Oceans of Slumber."
The festival will take place in two locations in Brasov, the well-known ROCKSTADT club and KRUHNEN MUSIK HALLE, a new location for events with a capacity of 1,500 seats.
Subscriptions were sold on Bilete.ro and via Eventim; the first 300 subscriptions are available at a price of 100 lei. In Brasov, tickets can be found at Rockstadt club.
