Organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Timis for more than two decades, The Top of Companies has become the most important business event in the west side of the country, the business card of the performance and success in business.
As in the previous editions, this year's event will bring together over 700 participants - representatives of the main economic environment and business, senior officials from local and regional public administration, diplomatic corps accredited in Timisoara and Romanian ambassadors to Serbia and Hungary, intermediate bodies in the West Region, business associations, chambers of commerce of the Euroregion DKMT, collaborators and partners of CCIA Timis, mass media.
According to a unique and uniform methodology at the national level, the ranking brings together 8554 companies that have fulfilled the eligibility criteria among the 28,567 companies that presented the accounting statements for the previous year. Of these, there will be highlighted 1,743 companies that have managed to rank on the first, second and third place in the six business sectors, 251 groups and five classes of society depending on their size.
The companies (241) whose tenacity was rewarded on the first three places in the Top, over the last four years, will be rewarded with the Excellence Distinction. Similarly, 119 companies that are ranked on the first three places in the last six consecutive years, they will be awarded with the Trophy of Excellence. For the third time, CCIAT awards the Trophy of Excellence for Social Responsibility, a distinction that will be delivered by Prof. Univ. Dr. Dan Gaiță, the winner of the last two editions.
For outstanding activities and achievements, CCIA Timiş will assign some special awards, such as: Trophy of Excellence for the most innovative start-ups; Trophy of Excellence for Competitiveness in Investments; Trophy of Excellence for Culture. In addition, anniversary diplomas will be awarded to companies celebrating special moments in their activities. As in previous editions, the awards will be presented by the management of CCIAT, by officials of the local government - the Prefect of Timis, the President of Consiliul Judeţean Timiş, the Mayor of Timisoara, figures from the academic and diplomatic: S.E. Mrs. Oana Cristina Popa - Romanian Ambassador in Belgrade, S.E. Mr. Marius Lazurca - Ambassador of Romania in Budapest, Dr. Simona Neumann - Executive Director of the Association "Timişoara, European Capital of Culture."
The event participants will enjoy outstanding artistic moments offered by the Philharmonic "Banatul" of Timisoara, Students House of Culture in Timisoara and the Reflex dance troupe. The special guest in an extraordinary concert will be: Corina Chiriac.
