Mavenhut - Solitaire on another level

Registered and launched in 2012 in Ireland, Mavenhut is actually an exclusively Romanian company if we look at it from the perspective of its founders and its members. It is also not a coincidence that just a few months after its launch, the company opened its first offices in Bucharest, offices inside of which a very innovative product was about to emerge: the classical Solitaire game, but with a twist. Built 100% in-house, from design and production to marketing and subsequently to franchising, the Solitaire Mavenhut proposed was worthy of a 21st century gaming experience. With a relatively new and interactive interface and the possibility of real time interaction with other players, Solitaire Arena and Solitaire 3 Arena (Mavenhutțs flagship Solitaire games) quickly reached the TOP 100 of the most monetized products on Facebook, being subsequently highly sought after on the mobile app market as well.            

The success was so big and so sudden that the company's business grew ten times in just six months (June-December 2013). From this initial success The Solitaire Company was born, an entity around which Mavenhut created a franchise system for the Solitaire games produced by the company. In fact, in 2015, Solitaire Arena and Solitaire 3 Arena were licensed by Mavenhut to RockYou, a company widely known on the gaming market, which benefitted from a gaming community of 92 million players.            

The transaction allowed Mavenhut to continue to grow and experiment a little with various projects. However, the most important thing for the organization related to the transaction was that Mavenhut got to keep the source code for the two products and implicitly the possibility of developing further Solitaire games, on condition that they are graphically and dynamically different than the two Solitaire games sold to RockYou. As a result, the company now continues to produce, continues to be innovative and most importantly to provide its employees with a challenging and creative work environment.
