Ingredients:
400 g of corn flour
1.5 l of milk
300 g of cheese
200 g of butter
salt
100 g of sour cream
Preparation:
Boil the milk, add the salt and, when it boils, pour in the cornmeal, stirring constantly, so as not to create lumps, over low heat for about 10 minutes. Overturned the polenta on a wooden board and cut it into cubes that you have to fill them with cheese mixed with half the butter. Roll up the pieces of polenta, glazed them with butter, cook them on the grill turning occasionally.
Serve warm with sour cream.
