Festivals, Concerts and Live Entertainment
Music and entertainment are at the heart of the NIBIRU concept. During its inaugural 2026 season, the destination announced a large calendar of concerts and events featuring both Romanian and international artists.
The program includes festivals such as Galaxia, Nebula X, K-Pop Days, Sea Days and Retrograde. International artists announced for the season include names such as Timbaland, Busta Rhymes, Fat Joe, Hugel, Ozuna and Nicky Jam.
With a strong focus on live entertainment, NIBIRU aims to turn the Romanian seaside into a destination where visitors come not only for the beach, but also for major music events and memorable nightlife experiences.
Entertainment for All Ages
One of the distinctive aspects of NIBIRU is its attempt to offer activities for different age groups rather than focusing exclusively on the young nightlife audience.
The destination includes Hype Play, a large entertainment area designed for children, as well as the NIBIRU Amusement Park, the Museum of Planets and TaranTerra, an exhibition dedicated to reptiles.

The scale of the investment could contribute to the transformation of Costinești into a more modern and internationally attractive seaside destination.
Location and Accessibility
NIBIRU benefits from direct access to National Road 39, while the Costinești railway station is only a short walk from the destination.
Its location also makes it accessible from other popular seaside destinations in southern Romania. Visitors staying in Eforie, Mangalia or Constanța can reach NIBIRU by car, while the railway connection provides an additional option for tourists traveling along the coast.
Its location near the existing Costinești resort gives visitors the opportunity to combine the new entertainment destination with the traditional atmosphere of one of Romania’s best-known seaside resorts.
